All overnight bookings require a 50% deposit in order to provide the best service to our earnest customers. No deposit is required for daycare bookings. This deposit in full will be applied to the stay. You will have 48 hours from our acceptance of your reservation to pay the deposit to secure your reservation. Should your plans change and you cancel your stay more than 72 hours from the prescribed commencement of your cat’s stay, as prescribed on your booking confirmation; your deposit will be returned in full. Any cancellation, for any reason, inside the 72-hour window of the stay will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

PAY FOR WHAT YOU BOOK — You are welcome to drop off your cat late or pick up early, but there are no refunds or credits. We commit the time, space and resources to you and your pet. We hope you understand the value of that and appreciate that we may have had to decline other bookings in order to fully serve your needs.

Standard Condo
More than 25 cubic feet of space with all the comforts of home. Maximum occupancy is two cats.
Each condo includes:

Litter box in private space with pine pellet litter

Double Condo*
Upper and lower condo units connected for over 50 cubic feet of living space with the same great amenities. Maximum occupancy is four cats.
Super Suites*
More than 70 square feet of floor space translating to nearly 700 cubic feet with a bed for lounging, private MeowInn TV, large litter box and some play spaces similar to those found in our spectacular play rooms. Maximum occupancy is five cats.

Each stay includes:
20-30 minutes (minimum) twice daily in private playroom (only cats from same family share playtime)
Daily email status report with photo
Full payment is required at time of check-in and any deposits paid will be applied to final bill.
MeowInn operates in a ‘hotel-style’ model. For example, a Monday check-in needs to check-out by 10 a.m. on Tuesday to avoid a late check-out fee.
