VIEW BOARDING CONTRACT (PDF)

To ensure MeowInn exceeds best practices, booking with us means you will be agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

  • All guests must be up to date with rabies and FVRCP vaccinations. No cats will be accepted if they show visible signs of illness e.g. weepy eyes, sneezing.

  • MeowInn operates on a 'hotel-style' booking system. For example, if your cat checks in during opening hours on Monday, you will need to check-out prior to 10am on Tuesday to avoid an additional day's charge.

  • All bookings require a 50% deposit in order to provide the best service to our earnest customers. This deposit in full will be applied to the stay. You will have 48 hours from our acceptance of your reservation to pay the deposit to secure your reservation. Should your plans change and you cancel your stay more than 72 hours from the prescribed commencement of your cat’s stay, as prescribed on your booking confirmation; your deposit will be returned in full. Any cancellation, for any reason, inside the 72-hour window of the stay will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

  • After-hours check-in/out can be arranged in special circumstances (additional fee required). Please note weekend hours for check-in/out.

  • Payment in full due at check in.

  • A cat with fleas will be treated and the fee for this is $25.

  • Client is responsible for payment of all days reserved, regardless of checking in late or checking out cat prior to the scheduled departure date. PAY FOR WHAT YOU BOOK.

  • A minimum booking period may apply during peak periods, such as Christmas and Thanksgiving holidays.

  • If it is necessary for a guest to have veterinary attention, owners are liable for all expenses.

  • In the event of a medical emergency, MeowInn will seek medical attention from a licensed veterinarian. In the event of serious illness and the owner cannot be contacted, the decision of the veterinary practitioner will be final.

  • Boarding fees are subject to change without notice.

  • No responsibility will be accepted for loss of personal property e.g., collars, bedding, etc.

  • Unaltered cats over the age of six months cannot stay at MeowInn.

  • All cats will arrive in a secure carrier.

  • MeowInn may take photos and videos of boarding cats and use them in print form, online, and/or otherwise for publication and/or promotion.

Deposit & Refund Policy

 
  • Refund Policy: Deposits are not refundable unless cancelation more than 72 hours before prescribed check-in time and are non-transferable. Deposits are applied to final statement of stay. Any cancelation inside 72 hours of check-in, the deposit will be forfeited.

  • Early Departure: Client is responsible for payment of all days reserved, regardless of checking in later than booked or checking out cat prior to the scheduled departure date. PAY FOR WHAT YOU BOOK.
